One year. Endless possibilities. How far can you go?

Serious Strength Training

On our Powerlifting/Strength Training course, strength training is part of your daily schedule. Train alongside like-minded people, develop your skills and discover new possibilities.

Whether you want to set personal records in squats, bench presses and deadlifts, build muscle or simply get stronger, we adapt the training to your goals and ambitions.

Where Training Meets Science

Through our partnership with the University of Inland Norway, you'll explore training science in university laboratories. Using DXA, ultrasound, HUMAC and Keiser equipment, you'll learn about body composition, muscle development and performance.

Your Goals. Your Progress.

We combine individual coaching, group sessions and independent training with knowledge of technique, nutrition, recovery and training programmes.

You'll also visit powerlifting clubs, experience different training environments and become part of an inclusive community.

We promote clean sport and work closely with Anti-Doping Norway.

Training Beyond Norway

Join us for a training camp in Spain, visit the "world's best gym" in Vienna and travel to Aalborg. Train hard, explore new places and create lifelong memories together.

Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced lifter, this course offers a year of progress, motivation and friendship.
