    Do you love good food, and want to master everything from Pad Thai to advanced Michelin cuisine?

    NB! In this school you choose 2 Main Courses! You get a greater variety and can customize your year even more. Look at the possibilities.

    We will explore amazing flavors! Our teacher has experience from several Michelin restaurants and will teach you methods and techniques to make all the exciting dishes you dream of.

    Norway's most influential TikTokers in the field of cooking (August og Martin) will have a course in content production for social media. And we will have our own fun cooking competition, inspired by "Kokkeskolen", the reality show that was filmed at our school.

    Beginner or experienced? Doesn't matter. You will learn from the best. Do you know how to make homemade butter chicken, pad thai or Sushi? Or how you can make a delicious 5-course dinner where the entrecote is perfectly cooked, and the sauce makes the guests beg for more? How about delicious desserts such as panna cotta or Créme Brûlée?

    Too many students eat miserable food, because they lack the ideas to cook the food they really want. At EAT, you will learn methods and techniques for making all kinds of dishes. From traditional Norwegian to Mexican, Italian, Thai, Indian, sushi, Middle Eastern, French, barbecue etc.

    Being able to cook is perhaps the most important skill you need for a good life. These skills will give you joy for the rest of your life.

    The EAT class travels to Japan to explore their food culture.
