We will explore amazing flavors! Our teacher has experience from several Michelin restaurants and will teach you methods and techniques to make all the exciting dishes you dream of.
Norway's most influential TikTokers in the field of cooking (August og Martin) will have a course in content production for social media. And we will have our own fun cooking competition, inspired by "Kokkeskolen", the reality show that was filmed at our school.
Whether you are a beginner or have some experience doesn't matter. You will get to learn from the best. Do you know how to make homemade Butter chicken, Gyros, Pad Thai and Sushi? Or how you can make a delicious 5-course dinner where the entrecote is perfectly cooked, and the sauce makes the guests beg for more? How about delicious desserts such as Panna cotta, Chocolate parfait, or Créme Brûlée?
Far too many students eat miserable food, because they lack the ideas and knowledge to cook the food they really want. At EAT, you will learn methods and techniques for making all kinds of dishes. From traditional Norwegian to Mexican, Italian, Thai, Indian, sushi, Middle Eastern, French, barbecue, and more.
EAT suits everyone from beginners to those with experience. The most important thing is that you love food and want to learn more.
Being able to cook is perhaps the most important skill you need for a good life. These skills will give you joy for the rest of your life.
