Do you like to challenge your comfort zone and test exciting activities? Join us for an action-packed everyday life, extreme sports tours in Norway and an Adrenalin trip to Indonesia.
Adrenalin is the class that gives us the important "kicks" in everyday life. We emphasize mastering familiar and unfamiliar activities, testing activities that get the adrenalin pumping and traveling to areas where extreme sports are part of the culture.
Coping
Surfing, snowboarding, climbing and mountain biking are the main activities on the line. Unique to the school is the access to the Hurdal Ski Centre, the opportunities for ice climbing and miles of forest trails.
Testing
Have you long wanted to try a wind tunnel? Or see how cool river snorkeling looks? Everyday life is spiced up with activities we only test.
Traveling
The first trip of the autumn goes to Hurumlandet, where wingfoil is in focus.
The winter's big happening is the alpine trip to Austria, but when the winter is in full swing and we need a "boost" before the school year is over, we travel to exotic Lombok in Indonesia to try out both new and familiar activities in a different environment. We surf beautiful waves, go on top hikes, find waterfalls, and test out the "death gap" in one of the country's huge bathing facilities.
Learning
A big part of doing extreme sports is mastering risk analysis and knowing where one's own limits lie.We learn about everything from injury prevention, avalanche protection, to how the body is affected by extreme sports activities. Training is essential to being able to master many of the activities, so regular strength training is part of the class.
