If you are the type who is afraid of being bored and needs variety, Sports and Outdoor Life is the place for you. Here you get an active and varied everyday life, with lots of fun and new experiences

We aim to be Norway’s most versatile sports line and there will be at least one new activity every week. Additionally, it will be possible to keep on with your favorite activity. You get to take part in the finest trips on Helgeland, at the same time as you get to do sports both indoors and outdoors.

We practise a lot of codetermination, and the students are always included in the planning.

Helgelandskysten – Tour of Helgeland

Duration: 4 dager

Island hopping on the Helgeland coast will be a trip you will never forget. Enjoy life, nature and the sea. Keywords for the trip: Deep sea fishing in the archipelago at Herøy. We visit the World Heritage Site Vega incl. "Vegatrappa". We take the trip through Torghatthullet. The summit hike up Dønnamann and/or "7-sisters" is amazing. It's just to rejoice.

Lofoten - Opplevelsestur

Duration: 5 dager

Here you can see the coast of Helgeland and Lofoten from Hurtigruta on the way north. In Lofoten, the experiences are queued up, and you can choose activities based on interest in the group. Mountain walks, kayaking, football on the pitch in Henningsvær, surfing, sightseeing, museum visits and café trips have been popular. Guaranteed a trip you won't soon forget!

Vefsn Folkehøgskole TOPPEN is an active and creative school, placed on the top of a hill on the outskirts of Mosjøen in the middle of Norway. But still far enough up north that the northern lights dance across the sky regularly during the winther.
