At Kunst & Kreativitet, it's not about being "good" in the traditional way. It's about daring, testing, failing, playing, thinking new things - and thus finding your own artistic expression. You become part of a creative community together with others who are passionate about creating. On the course, we inspire each other, share ideas, build each other up - and create an environment where you can really flourish. You get to work practically with your projects, test out lots of different techniques and materials - and really feel the joy of creation. Here, you're allowed to think big, go your own way and do things your way. The school is fantastically located, in the middle of the wild and beautiful Vestland nature - artists have come here for a long time, precisely to create. We also get a lot of inspiration out in nature. We take our sketchbooks with us on trips, find peace far from screens and noise - and use nature both as a breathing space and as fuel for new ideas.
The liberal folk high schools are built on values that are not based on one particular belief. They encourage students with different interests and beliefs to apply.
