Join us for an exciting year where you can explore your own potential together with others. The travel destinations will provide memories for life! Together we will experience, explore and develop!

Everyday life on the course

During the year you will have the opportunity to strengthen your body, challenge your mind and your worldview. You will learn to make choices that can affect your lifestyle and make a difference for your fellow human beings.
Together we will discover, explore and develop ourselves as individuals and as citizens of the world. We will also become good "life hackers". All hackers need tools and knowledge. Through mindfulness techniques such as meditation, tapping, tai chi and yoga, you will gain tools that can make you better equipped to handle stress and challenges in life. We will also use the beautiful nature of Bergen for relaxation and physical exercise.

You will also increase your understanding of economics and how to use resources in a good, sustainable way. The goal is to become more independent. How can you use your resources to get what you want most? How can you stretch your money and be better equipped for student life? The class will focus on reuse, redesign, and how to make healthy, locally sourced food from scratch.

We are visited by Helene Danielsen, who runs the yoga center "Time for yoga" and entrepreneur and leader of the organization "World Saving Hustle" Martin Skadal, who will talk about how to start your own business.

You will also have the opportunity to plan and arrange fun events and happenings for both the school's students and the local community.
