This is the course for you who love to train and want to spend the year getting stronger and challenge yourself. You’ll get varied training, close follow-up, and learn how exercise, nutrition and rest all work together. Even though we train a lot, we know that sleep, food and recovery are just as important for progress.
You’ll also experience the best of folk high school life with fun activities, unforgettable adventures and, above all, the great social community that makes the year so special.

Learn technique, build capacity and test your limits through:
• Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting
