The skilled teachers will teach you different thecniques and sewing skills, how to recognies and handle different materials. You will also gain knowledge in how todays textile\s industry works. This will give you the prerequisities to make good, conciuos choices in your own work and consumption.  

What you sew as all up to you, you will have the freedom to chose your own designs, so that the finished products is something that suits you and your style. This way you will end up with garments you actually use and cherish rather than buying new ones. 

With Stavanger as your headquarter you get to visit thriftshops and exciting local designers and material producers. With trips in Norway and Europe you will get to meet designers, visit companies, factories and entrepreneurs who work in fashion and material production.
