Stavanger Urban Folkehøyskole aims to be a contributer in development of sustainable cities, promoting knowledge about sustainable food production and business development within urban agriculture. As a student at this program you will collect knowledge from all of theese fields. Themes you will study are; food production and spatial planning, keeping of animals, social inclusion, entrepreneurship, ecology and economics. The program is closely linked to established contributers in the city today, such as ecological restaurants and cafès, city farmers and other educational institutions.
