Live Life is the course for those who want to discover a healthy rhythm and better balance in life. We focus on being present in your own life - here and now.
Our approach is built on doing something active, doing things together, and doing something meaningful. We stay active through varied training, gym sessions, outdoor trips, and cozy campfire gatherings. Everything is done together as a class, with activities designed to strengthen cooperation and personal growth within a community. Together, we explore what gives life meaning and how to bring more of it into our lives. This includes building connections, feeling a sense of belonging, and helping others.
The course also focuses on mental health, with topics such as stress management, self-awareness, communication, and psychology. We work on inner calm, self-confidence, and becoming more aware of what we see and feel in everyday life.
We aim to push boundaries in a safe environment. By trying new things, you will challenge yourself, gain new experiences, and feel a sense of achievement. And experience real joy in mastering both small and big challenges, discovering how much you’re capable of when you are part of a supportive team.
