    Er du glad i å være ute, men har ikke så mye erfaring med friluftsliv? Har du lyst til å lære mer om tur, utstyr, mat på bål og aktiviteter i naturen? Da er Friluftsliv Beginner linja for deg.

    Når du kommer til oss lærer du det grunnleggende du trenger for å bli tryggere ute. Du får prøve deg på turplanlegging, kart og kompass, bekledning, pakking av sekk, matlaging og bålfyring – og får erfaring med ulike aktiviteter til fjells, i skogen og på vannet. Alt skjer i trygge rammer, og du trenger ikke ha erfaring fra før.

    Gjennom året prøver vi mange ulike aktiviteter, som fotturer, kano og kajakk, rafting, klatring, fiske, ski, alpint, snowboard og surfing. Du får også være med på å bestemme noe av innholdet underveis. Målet er at du skal oppleve mestring, få gode naturopplevelser og kanskje oppdage en friluftsinteresse du vil ta med deg videre.

    I løpet av året får du også mulighet til å bli med på studietur til Lanzarote, med surfing, bading, dykking, trening, god mat og kulturopplevelser. Du kan også velge å reise på en av de andre linjenes studieturer, eller bli igjen på skolen. I mai drar hele skolen sammen til Hellas, og året fylles ellers med turer og aktiviteter både i nærområdet og andre steder. Du får også sjansen til å reise til Kambodsja på skoleprosjektet vårt!

    På denne turen bor vi på Club La Santa – et treningsparadis fullt av muligheter! Hver dag velger du minst to aktiviteter du vil være med på, som f.eks. padel, crossfit, SUP, løping, svømming, yoga, boksing, squash eller en gruppetime. I tillegg arrangerer vi utflukter – blant annet til et vulkankrater, en lokal landsby med søndagsmarked og et stort kjøpesenter.

    Club La Santa gir deg muligheten til å teste mange ulike treningsformer enten for deg selv eller med profesjonelle instruktører, samtidig som du nyter sol og varme i vakre omgivelser. Det er mulig å trene på verdens første utendørs hyrox-senter eller trene i løypene til Lanzarote International Running Challenge. Dette er en tur for deg som er glad i variert aktivitet i fellesskap, og nye opplevelser.

    Cambodia

    Price: 28 000

    Cambodia is a beautiful country with a strong history and a welcoming people, offering everything from vibrant cities and jungles to chalk-white beaches. During the trip, we will get to know students living at the dormitory supported by the school project in the capital, Phnom Penh, and meet farmers in rural areas who are involved in projects aimed at increasing income and preventing human trafficking.

    In addition to visiting Normisjon’s projects, we will also travel to Siem Reap, where we will watch the sunrise at the Angkor Wat temples, visit a night market, and explore a floating village. In the capital, we will visit the genocide museum and the Royal Palace, attend a church service, and play a football match together with the students at the dormitory. After a couple of nights in the countryside meeting the farmers, we will travel to Koh Rong Island to experience the white beaches and crystal-clear waters.

    This trip is in November, and it is a trip open for all students across the different courses.

    Hellas 9 dager - avslutningstur for hele skolen!

    En magisk fellestur til Tolo i Hellas i mai – et høydepunkt som samler hele skolen.

    Vi har reist hit i over 20 år og har masse utstyr klart for bading, sport og eventyr! 

    Dag 1 – Velkommen til Hellas
    Avreise til Athen, besøk på Akropolis og gamlebyen før buss til idylliske Tolo, med stopp ved Korintkanalen.

    Dag 2 – Aktivitetsdag
    Velg selv: fottur til appelsinfarm eller Eliasklippen, utflukt til Nafplion, sykkeltur, fisketur, eller strandaktiviteter som brettseiling, SUP, kajakk, beachvolley og bading. Mulighet for dykking (ekstra kostnad) eller miljøvennlig plogging.

    Dag 3 – Historie
    Besøk Epidavros, Mykene og Agamemnons grav.

    Dag 4 – Nye opplevelser
    Ny aktivitetsdag og kveldstur med båt til Nafplion by night.

    Dag 5 – Øyhopping
    Båttur til de vakre øyene Hydra og Spetses.

    Dag 6 – Badeparadis
    Båttur til øya Dascalio med grilling, stuping og bading. Korssamling for de som vil om kvelden.

    Dag 7 – Samhold og innsats
    Aktivitetsdag med sponsorløp til inntekt for skolens prosjekt.

    Dag 8 – Hellaslekene
    Lagkonkurranser og moro på stranden.

    Dag 9 – Hjemreise
    Vi reiser hjem med sol, saltvann og minner for livet.

    Travel is part of the package. Each course has its own goals for the travels– from sun and training in Lanzarote to cultural encounters in Singapore or high-energy action in Florida. Travel is optional and in some cases you can choose between several study trips. Everyone joins in on the big school trip to Greece at the end of the year, a highlight where the whole school community creates friendships and memories across all the different courses.
