    Mange har lyst på et folkehøgskoleår, men tenker at de må bruke tiden til å ta opp fag, justere kursen og rette nesa mot videregående skole eller høyere utdanning igjen. 

    "Fullfør!" (fancy navn) er et litt spesielt tilbud, der du går på en av våre ni flotte linjer, mens du bruker de andre timene til å få hjelp til studieteknikker, fag du trenger å ta, og jobbe med motivasjon og veiledning sånn at du er bedre skodd for å fortsette på videregående eller ta det siste taket før du skal inn i høyere utdanning.

    To dager i uken er satt av til det vi kaller fellesfag: disse dagene får du bruke til "Fullfør!". 
    Vi hjelper deg til å finne ut hvilke fag du skal ta, få den studiehjelpen du trenger - enten ved at du jobber hos oss, eller at du tar enkeltfag hos andre - og melde deg opp til de eksamener du trenger å ta.

    Vi bruker også tid på:

    Studieteknikker: Hvordan kan jeg lese på en måte som gjør at jeg lærer best mulig, både for at jeg skal huske det jeg leser og kunne lese kritisk de fagene jeg tar. 

    Fagvalg: Vi bruker den første uken til å kartlegge hvilke fag du bør følge opp for at du skal ha best nytte av det på sikt. Hvilke fag liker du? Hvilke fag trenger du? Hvor mange fag er det realistisk å ta?

    Motivasjon: Det er en grunn til at du ønsker å ta dette kurset. Her jobber vi med motivasjon og motivasjonstrening. Hvordan kan det bli gøy å studere, hvordan holde motivasjonen oppe, hvordan balansere det å studere opp mot alt det andre som frister i skolehverdagen - og i livet!

    Solborg is surrounded by both city and nature, offering some of the most beautiful experiences Norway has to offer. The Jæren beaches are perfect for surfing and kiting, while the Lysefjord features natural wonders like Kjerag and Preikestolen. Nearby, you'll also find Ryfylke, Sirdal, and Røldal—known for their excellent snow conditions. In the school’s local area, there are fantastic hiking trails such as Mosvannet and Sørmarka, along with swimming pools, gyms, and facilities for gymnastics, tennis, climbing, and other sports.

    In the city of Stavanger, you can explore the colorful street Fargegata with its cafés, the city square (Torget), and Gamlebyen—the best-preserved wooden house district in Norway. You'll also find Norway’s oldest cathedral, dating back to the 1100s, as well as a concert hall, theater, museums, cinema, and library.

    At Solborg, you can choose to specialize in music production, songwriting, film music, performance, literature, sports, outdoor life, art, film production, streaming, lifestyle, sewing your own clothes, drama, and photography. When you choose a subject track, you also become part of a broader section—music, arts & crafts, sports, or film, TV & drama. This allows you to explore other interests alongside your main focus.

    You’ll get an unforgettable year at folk high school, where you can grow both academically and socially. Dorm life, with a variety of people, provides valuable lessons for future studies, careers, and family life.
