Enjoying varied sporting activities and ball games full of speed? Then this class suits you perfectly, offering a breathtaking multipurpose hall, state of art training rooms, and good vibes!
Who is this class suitable for?
The Sports and Ballgames class is perfect for the ones who love varied activity. You do not have to be in top physical shape. That which is most important, is your personal interest and enjoyment in sports and ball games.
In this class, you will:
- Develop yourself physically and mentally
- Improve your technical and tactic capabilities
- Be a part of a lively community
What is expected from you:
- That you genuinely enjoy activity and desire to get in better shape
- That you have and display interest for the many ball games and sports we will be practicing
- That you are eager to shape a good environment in class
In this class we spend much time on known and much-loved ball games such as football, basketball, volleyball, floorball, tennis, and handball. But we also explore less known sports, such as spikeball, tchoukball, dodgeball, and paddle tennis.
Occasionally, we visit other arenas, halls, or facilities to dedicate ourselves to the most disparate activities, as wakeboard and waterski, capture the flag, trampoline, disc golf, ultimate frisbee, squash, climbing, bouldering, cross-country and alpine skiing, skating, and much, much more.
The teacher:
Christoffer Dahl (christoffer@ronningen.fhs.no) Christoffer has played football in the Norwegian top division. He is interested in all sorts of sports, which makes him the perfect match for the Sports and Ballgames class!
